The Regulatory Fire Safety Reform Order places a responsibility on the occupiers of commercial premises to carry out a suitable and sufficient Fire Risk Assessment which will identify the likelihood of   (A) a fire starting in the first place and (B) The controls in place to prevent the loss of human life. Once the Risk Assessment is complete it is possible to determine the improvements required to ensure a LOW risk facyor is achieved.
